Only 22% of AI talent is female.

According to interface.org, only 22% of AI talent worldwide is female. In general, women use generative AI tools significantly less often (OECD), and are therefore clearly underrepresented in the future-defining technology that will shape our economy and society. Yet organizations that use diversity strategically accelerate their AI readiness significantly.

What’s missing are not the talents, but access, confidence, and spaces where women can shape technology with self-assurance.

We close the Female AI Gap and enable companies to unlock the full potential of AI through diverse leadership structures. The advantage: faster and broader AI adoption, a more sustainable AI transformation, and greater innovative strength.

FAQ

The program is aimed at companies that want to enable their female specialists, leaders, and high potentials to take an active role in their company’s AI transformation. AI impacts every area and is therefore suitable for everyone.

Companies become AI Pioneers and benefit from female leaders who actively drive scale and innovation, strengthen digital future-readiness, and act as visible ambassadors for AI transformation.

The program directly supports goals in ESG, DE&I and Future Skills KPIs, which not only increases retention but also has a positive impact on an attractive employer brand. In addition, investing in Female AI Leaders means investing in a future-ready organization with top talent.

The program combines three pillars plus a community (safe space):

  1. AI Upskilling (MBAI® by Leaders of AI)

  2. Female AI Leadership Track – 3 months, 5 live modules (remote sessions) with Mom Hunting & external experts

  3. AI Pioneer Campaign (visibility & employer branding) – optional component

The program runs for six months and includes:

  • approx. 90 hours of self-paced online learning

  • 5 × 2.5-hour interactive live workshops (remote)

  • optional community sessions
Roughly 30–60 minutes per day over 6 months. It’s designed specifically for busy professionals and leaders – flexible, impactful, and 100% remote.

To ensure quality and meaningful exchange, each cohort is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

Pillar 1 (MBAI) starts self-paced for each participant.
